So I'm 13 and a half and my mom agreed to get me highlets for my bday. I am Chinese with medium lengthed layered black hair and I WANNA LOOK FUN BUT SOPHICICATED. What are all the possible highlights that will go good with my hair? At school too many people have blonde highlights but I still love it. What other colors are there? Go with a light caramel brown(like a dark honey brown), not blonde. It's a pretty color that would look amazing in your hair and make you look very pretty. Get the highlights to go along with your layers for a stylish look. It's not generic like blonde and it'll look amazing but not gaudy in your dark hair, and the color will make your eyes stand out a bit more and will look good with your skin tone.Hair highlight help please?
Just lift the color of your hair about 2 to 3 levels to give it some interest. Any more and you will look like you have spaghetti growing in your hair.
I think highlights just lighten the color of your hair...you could get streaks which you can get any color...I would definatly go with purple or red
i think light brown mixed with brown would look great! It wouldn't stand out way too much like reg. blonde if you use a light brown, and if you mix it with blonde, it pops out a little more! cute!
They have like reddish blonde, almost strawberry colors. Or you could go dark brown. With black hair i would say brown is best or dark red
You can get RED Highlights.. That would be totally awesome..!!!
Orange or yellow that's what I got in mines now
