Hi i had my hair highlighted blonde and I black colored hair. They used a cap because i wanted thin streaks.?

I dyed my hair black 3 months before I got it highlighted.the top of my hair came out golden blond(new growth) and the dyed part came out orange.they put a toner on it and it didn't seem to tone it down. Also the cap didn't make my hair even there are more streaks on one side than the other.I called the salon and the owner left and won't be in until tomorrow. How can she(the owner) fix this hair disaster?Hi i had my hair highlighted blonde and I black colored hair. They used a cap because i wanted thin streaks.?

Yikes! They do not know what they're doing. Go back and demand a refund then go to another salon and have them fix your hair. Trust me, money back then go somewhere else. They do not understand colour.

Have someone take photo's of your badly coloured hair and then take someone strong (maybe mum or dad?) with you to the salon and yell and scream about the shoddy job they did and demand that you are given a refund. Do this on a busy day when A LOT of their clients are around.

Also, make sure you've noted the time, day and name of the person who refused you the refund. These people owe you your money back. They did not give you what you paid for and your hair needs to be fixed. Taking someone who is confident and who will help you to argue will assist.

If they still refuse infront of all of their clients, tell them you're going to take them to small claims court (be believable) and see if they jump.

This is what they did: falsely diagnosed your hair's history, unsuccessfully tried to lift the colour on the med lengths and ends, gave you ';hot roots';, didn't evenly pull your hair through the cap, didn't tone your hair correctly, refused to fix the damage.
