i would say not but it depends on what colour highlights you have and what kind of dye they used!
it should be fine but wash it with clean water after and i'm assuming water sports would be in the sea so there would be no chlorine present (in swimming pools there is) after, when washing it in clean water use a shapoo and conditioner that is suitable for dyed hair and has some kind of colour protection thing in it (says on the bottle, you can get these anywhere)
