I just got my hair highlighted, would it be ok to wash it?

I went a couple hours ago and got my hair highlighted platinum blonde...They put some serum in it that has made it look and feel really oily and I want to wash it. Would it be ok to, or will it take the color out? I do have shampoo and conditioner for color treated hair, if that helps any. Thanks.I just got my hair highlighted, would it be ok to wash it?

Wait about a couple of hours. And then u could wash your hair. I would say 24-36 hours or so.
it's better to wait 36 hours is what my colorist says. otherwise, you risk washing some color out.

When you had your hair highlighted it took the color out. Because they use bleach.





Yes, you can wash your hair, it won't hurt it any. Do use your own conditioner as it will be easier to comb out after you wash it.

wash it.. but do use john frieda sheer blonde for highlighted hair it works wonders
