I would call a beauty college and ask for someone w/ a lot of experience in highlighting and that is close to graduating. That's what I use to do and it's less then $25. I still use one of the girls that I met in the beauty college but I used several that were good. I just have to pay 100 now that she graduated. If you call around you might be able to find someone running a special I've found it for around $60-$75 before. I've had people do worse at actual salons then in the beauty college. You can also check online or in the back of your phone book for coupons. Best of luck! Do it though! Highlights are gorgeous and so fun! You will love it! Check to see if you have a paul mitchell salon in your area, they highlight hair for less than $20.
