I would normally go to Mi Salon in Northern Ky but they are really pricy espically if I have to drive over an hour to get there! Please help! I need this done asap!I just moved to Richmond Ky and i need a good place to get my hair highlighted! Any suggestions?

Look in the phone book and make some phone calls. Also,ask your friends to help you out. I went through this when I moved to Georgia.
