I want to get my black hair highlighted red. Please nothing too hard to find. Regis, supercuts, etc. stuff you can find at a mall. i dont want to do it myselfWhat is the best place to get hair highlighted.?
If you lived in my area, I would recommend my beautician as she is good at highlights and colors. She has won awards for both. I would ask around people in your area and see who did their hair and who they would recommend. I live in Indiana. My beautician is independent and highlights mine and it looks very natural.What is the best place to get hair highlighted.?
well, i did something to my hair and it totally turned freakish!! no kidding....you should have somebody do it like if you have a friend or realative who can do it you should ask them...if not just go to a normall hair place ( whatever you call it) and just have them do it...hope it works out!
Dont do it yourself. And personally I hate red highlights on dark hair. In blonde its okay but in dark it looks like halloween
