i have light brown hair and i want to put in some lighter highlights in it. i am not sure what at home kits are good for this job!What is a good at home hair highlighting kit?
I dye and highlight my hair frequently and with highlighting i always use one with a pull through cap because it's a safe way to dye your hair witout major mistakes! if you get the brush on stuff, you'll be sorry if you mess up so use one with a pull through cap!
